What does your property need?
Property maintenance
Build a clear task list for a rental home, commercial space or multiple properties. Describe access, frequency and priorities.
Pressure washing
Prepare a request for a house wash, driveway, storefront or shared walkways. Different surfaces need different cleaning methods.
Unit turns & make-ready
Organize cleaning, repairs and repainting between occupants. Include the condition, vacancy date and target readiness date.
Handyman, painting & drywall
Describe small repairs or a repainting project for your home or business. Photos and approximate quantities help define the scope.
For homeowners
Start with the area that needs work, the problem you can see and your preferred timing. Before hiring, ask the provider to explain materials, preparation, cleanup and what is excluded from the price.
For businesses & property managers
Include the property type, work quantities, occupancy, site access and any vendor documentation requirements. For recurring work, separate routine tasks from repairs that need individual approval.
